Click the Start button.

From the Start menu, point to
Netscape Communicator and
choose Netscape Navigator.

From the menu bar, click Edit and choose
Preferences.

From Mail & Groups click the
Identity link.

In the Full Name text box, type your name.

In the Email Address text box, type email address. For example:
mary@abc.com

From Mail & Groups click the
Mail Server link.

In the Mail server username text box, type your email address
replacing the '@' with a '%'. For
expample: for mary@vel.net use mary%vel.net

In the Outgoing mail [SMTP] server text box,
type mail.domain.com. (For example mail.abc.com)

Select the Edit button for Incoming mail server.

In the Incoming Mail Server text
box, type mail.domain.com.
(For example mail.abc.com)

Server Type is POP3
-
Username: username%mydomain.com (for example
mary%abc.com)

Select Remember Password

Click the OK button to close the window.

Click the OK button to close the window.

Close all your Netscape windows and then reopen. You will be able to send
and receive email.
