How do I make sure that my site does not go down when I
change over to your service?
A: Open an account with us and then follow theses steps:
1. Upload a copy of
your website to our servers. You will receive a temporary URL with your
account that you can use to make sure your pages are working properly.
2. Access your
domain name registrar* and change
your DNS information:

Once changes are made, this process will take about 2 to 3 days to
complete. During this transition period your domain may or may not work from all
places.
*Your domain name registrar is the place where you purchased your domain
name.
3. Add your Domain
to your account. Go to your Control Panel
click on the Add Domain Name button and add your domain
name.

Q: What if I do not have access to my current domain
name to change DNS?
A:
Contact your registrar and ask to change your DNS settings (changing your
name servers to the ones listed above).
We are not able to provide further assistance because we do not have control over your domain
name.

How do I create my email accounts before switching over?
A: Contact support and ask for your mail server IP shortcut.
Then login to:
http://[IP
ADDRESS]/cgi-bin/qmailadmin
User Account:
postmaster (leave as is)
Domain Name: yourdomain.com
(do not add www in front)
Password: yourPassword (This is case sensitive)
